WM. HALL-JONES, Hall-Jones. God SAVE THE QUEEN ! Additional Land taken at Oamaru for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway. (L.S.) RANFURLY, Governor. A PROCLAMATION. Whereas it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Oamaru, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway : Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-eight and one hundred and sixty-seven of " The Public Works Act, 1894," and of every other power and authority in me vested, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the purposes above mentioned. Schedule hereto is taken for the purposes above mentioned. The parcels of land mentioned hereunder :- Approximate Area of Situated Being Portion of Situated in the each of the Survey District of Parois of Land taken. Section No. Block No. Town of A. B. All in the Land District of Wellington ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 18625, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Welling- ton, and thereon coloured red.
