IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the Mangahouhou Block, and of the application of Te Kahui Kerehi under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS Te Kahui Kerehi has applied to have her own name and those of the several other persons named in the Schedule hereto added to the list of names of owners of Mangahouhou: And whereas the said application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And whereas the Court has reported that the names of the said several persons were accidentally omitted from the order of the Court on the investigation of title to the said block, and that the said application was not opposed by any person entitled to object to the same:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying such omission, and in exercise of the powers in that behalf vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said order of the Court, and the certificate of title following the same, be amended by adding the names of the persons mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the list of owners of the said block.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of Taurewa No. 4 and Kaimanawa 2B, and of the application of Tohi Raukura under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS the above application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly inquired into and reported on: And whereas it appears that the Court, on the 2nd day of June, 1898, appointed Waaka Tamaira and Aitu te Moa to succeed to the interest of Kiekie Parerohi in the lands above mentioned: And whereas the Court made such orders in the mistaken belief that the said Kiekie Parerohi was the same person as one Kiekie te Kanawa, to whom the said Waaka Tamaira and Aitu te Moa are the proper successors: And whereas the proper persons to succeed to the interests of the said Kiekie Parerohi in the said lands are the four children of the said Kiekie Parerohi, named in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said orders of the 2nd day of June, 1898, be, and the same hereby are, annulled, and that orders in lieu thereof be issued appointing the children named in the Schedule hereto to succeed to the interests of the said Kiekie Parerohi in Taurewa No. 4 and Kaimanawa 2B in equal shares, also appointing Hiripo Tohiraukura trustee for the said children in respect of the said interests during their minority.
