IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded on the north-east by Section No. 83, 785 links; on the south-east by Section No. 83, 772 links; on the south by Section No. 83, 371 links; and on the west by a road, 1061 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.

Notice of Appointment of Members of a Board of Conciliation for the Taranaki Industrial District.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS at the time appointed for the election of four members of the Board of Conciliation for the Taranaki Industrial District, to wit, the seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, no members were elected: Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section six of “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act Amendment Act, 1895,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, for the purpose of making the prescribed number of members, appoint the following persons, that is to say, —
WALTER AMBURY, of New Plymouth, Draper;
DANIEL BERRY, of New Plymouth, Merchant;
WILLIAM MCEWEN, of New Plymouth, Bootmaker; and
DAVID BROWN, of New Plymouth, Carpenter,
to be members of the Board of Conciliation for the said industrial district.

to be an additional Trustee to provide for the maintenance and care of the Palmerston North Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Oxford, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
