THE attached figures show the areas under cereals and the estimated yield of wheat, oats, and barley “for threshing,” also the quantity of grain on hand at 15th November, 1898.

The quantity of wheat available for all purposes for the period, 15th November, 1898, to 15th November, 1899, may be estimated as follows:—
