Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the lands so temporarily reserved as aforesaid, and enumerated in the first column of the Schedule hereto, for the purposes specified in the second column of the said Schedule, being the same purposes for which the said lands were so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.

Trustees for the Elsthorpe Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
John Stockman Buchanan, William Fletcher, Thomas Haycock, Donald Sutherland, and Charles Wedd. ELSTHORPE. All that parcel of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section No. 54, Block VII., Oero Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 47, 500 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 47, 400 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 47, 500 links; and towards the north-west by a road, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on Plan No. 826, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Trustees for Te Kuri Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Local Authority. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
The Hobson County Council. TE KURI. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District being Section No. 80 of Block II., Te Kuri Survey District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 905 links; towards the north-east and south-east by Section No. 24 of Block II., Te Kuri Survey District, 1044 and 891 links respectively; and towards the south-west by Section No. 25 of the same block, 1201 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.
