NGUNGURU COAL COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary meeting of the members of the above company, held at the office of the company, situate in Quay Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 11th day of July, 1899, at 2.30 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and that a Liquidator be appointed to give effect to this resolution.” The meeting thereupon elected Mr. W. R. HOLMES Liquidator of the company, and fixed his remuneration at £25.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the amendments thereof; and in the matter of the Barrytown Flat Gold-mining Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Ashburton, on the 13th day of July, 1899, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “Resolved, that it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the same meeting Mr. DAVID THOMAS, of Ashburton, Auctioneer, and Mr. DAVID ZANDER, of Ashburton, Accountant, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
