Mining Notices.
I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Morotiri Copper Syndicate (Limited) as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”
- The name of the company is to be the Morotiri Copper Syndicate (Limited).
- The place of operations is Morotiri Island No. 3, situated in the Taranga Survey District.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at Auckland.
- The nominal capital of the company is two thousand five hundred pounds, in one hundred thousand shares of sixpence each, out of which seventy-five thousand shares fully paid up have been allotted as the consideration for the transfer of the property situated at Morotiri Island No. 3, acquired by the company.
- The number of shares subscribed for is one hundred thousand, being the total number of shares in the company.
- The number of paid-up shares is seventy-five thousand.
- The amount already paid up is twopence per share.
- The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
