Mining Notices.

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Morotiri Copper Syndicate (Limited) as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

1. The name of the company is to be the Morotiri Copper Syndicate (Limited).
2. The place of operations is Morotiri Island No. 3, situated in the Taranga Survey District.
3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Auckland.
4. The nominal capital of the company is two thousand five hundred pounds, in one hundred thousand shares of sixpence each, out of which seventy-five thousand shares fully paid up have been allotted as the consideration for the transfer of the property situated at Morotiri Island No. 3, acquired by the company.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is one hundred thousand, being the total number of shares in the company.
6. The number of paid-up shares is seventy-five thousand.
7. The amount already paid up is twopence per share.
