In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882"; and in the
matter of the Island Bay Park Racing and Coursing Com-
pany (Limited), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
"The Companies Act, 1882," that, the affairs of the
above-mentioned company having been fully wound up, a
General Meeting of the company will be held on Thursday,
the 30th day of March, 1899, at 3 o'clock p.m., at the offices
of Messrs. Bell, Gully, and Bell, solicitors, Wellington, for
the purpose of having laid before it the account of the
Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the company dis-
posed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given
by the Liquidators.

carried on by WILLIAM EUSTACE BARKER and CHARLES
THOMAS STACEY, both of Frasertown, Sheep-farmers, under
the style or firm of "Barker and Stacey," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will in
future be carried on by the said William Eustace Barker
alone.

MOA ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD.

In the matter of "The Public Works Act, 1894"; and in the
matter of a certain piece of land being parts of Sections
numbered 51 and 57 on the public map of the Hua and
Waiwakaiho District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board has decided to
deviate the Kaipi Road, and that, in pursuance of
"The Public Works Act, 1894," a copy of the plan showing
the portions of Sections 51 and 57, Hua and Waiwakaiho
Districts, required for such deviation, and to be taken
for that purpose, is open for inspection at the house of
A. E. Atkinson, Mountain Road, Inglewood, in the Moa
Road District. And it is hereby further notified that all
persons affected by such proposed work and taking are
required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections
to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land,
and to send such writing, within forty days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Moa Road Board, at Ingle-
wood, in Taranaki.
