the Hauraki Freeholds (Limited) as a limited com-
pany under the provisions of “ The Mining Companies Act,
1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Hauraki Free-
    holds (Limited).
  2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at
    Coromandel.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    No. 4, Hobson’s Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand
    pounds, in two hundred thousand shares of one shilling
    each.
