In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the Golden Mascotte Sluicing Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 192 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that at a general meeting of shareholders in the above-named company held at the registered office of the company on Thursday, the 6th day of April, 1899, a resolution was carried—viz., “That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and, further, that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the said company held at the registered office of the company on Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1899, the said resolution was confirmed as a special resolution; and HENRY CRUST, of Dunedin, forwarding agent, and RICHARD THOMAS WHEELER, Jun., of Dunedin, accountant, were appointed Liquidators of the said company.
