IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WESTLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the amendments thereto; and in the matter of the Westport Twin Gold-mines (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was, on the 27th day of April, 1899, presented to Mr. Justice Denniston, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Thomas Bailie, of Westport, Merchant; Henry Nahr, of Westport, Brewer; George Walter Martin and George Hargreaves Gothard, of Westport, Ironmongers, creditors of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 26th day of May, 1899, at 11 a.m., at Christchurch; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of F. R. Claude, 21, Palmerston Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, 10th July, 1899, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books and documents of the company shall be disposed of.
