"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of Pubatikotiko 2D, and of the application of Kararaina Putukai, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” to be included as an owner thereof.
WHEREAS the above application was referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and, as the result of such inquiry, it appears that the name of the said Kararaina Putukai was omitted in error, and all persons interested in the land have consented to her said application: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said omission, and in exercise of the power vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the partition order for 2D, dated the 30th day of August, 1898, be amended by the inclusion of the name of Kararaina Putukai as one of the owners, and that the said land be by the said order declared to be absolutely inalienable, being a church reserve.
I direct that this order be notified in the Gazette and Kahiti.
As witness my hand, this 21st day of April, 1899.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the Whangaipeke Block, and of an application by Te Kahui te Kerehi, for herself and others, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” to be included as owners thereof.
WHEREAS the above application has been inquired into and reported on by the Court, and it appears that the names of the four persons mentioned in the said application and in the Schedule hereto were omitted in error from the order ascertaining the ownership of the said block, and that it would be in accordance with the intention of the Court that the said names should be included therein:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said names be included as aforesaid, and that the said order be amended accordingly.
I direct that this order be notified in the Gazette and Kahiti.
As witness my hand, this 26th day of April, 1899.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to a Commissioner of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
