the Oraki Gold-mining Company as a limited com-
pany under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act,
1894.”

mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at or near Oraki.

Esk Street, Invercargill. -
The nominal capital of the company is two thousand
pounds, in two thousand shares of one pound each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is two thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
in the company. -
