I HEREBY give notice that the application of Wiari te Kuri and others, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” complaining of an alleged error of the Court in not including them as owners in the Umukaimata No. 2 Block, which application was inquired into by the Court sitting at Te Kuiti on the 24th day of February, 1899, has been dismissed.
