Mining Notices.

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Adam’s Flat Gold-dredging Company as a limited
company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Adam’s Flat
    Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Adam’s Flat,
    Otago.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    Castle Street, Dunedin.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is two thousand
    seven hundred pounds, in two thousand seven hundred
    shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is two thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares
    in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is five hundred.

  7. The amount already paid up is two shillings per share
    on one thousand five hundred shares.

  8. The name of the Manager is Clarence John Inder.

  9. The names, and addresses, and occupations of the
    shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this
    date, are as below :—

  2. The above statement is, to the best of my belief and
    knowledge, true in every particular.

of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled
“The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the
matter of the Shamrock Lead Gold-mining Company
(Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary meet-
ing of shareholders of the above-named company,
held on the 30th day of March, 1899, the following resolu-
tions were passed :—

  1. “That, as by reason of its liabilities it cannot continue
    its business, the company go into voluntary liquidation forth-
    with under section 189 of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’ ”

  2. “That Mr. D. Leslie be appointed Liquidator for the
    purposes of such winding-up.”

visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same on or before the 13th day of
May, 1899.
