NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 192 of
“The Companies Act, 1882,” that at a general meet-
ing of shareholders in the above-named company, held in
the Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, the 22nd day of
February, 1899, a special resolution was carried, viz., “That
the company be wound up voluntarily”; and, further, that
at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the
said company, held at the registered office of the company,
Princes Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 14th day of March,
1899, the said special resolution was confirmed, and RICHARD
THOMAS WHEELER, Jun., of Dunedin, Accountant, was ap-
