I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the St. George Extended Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894,” and its amendments.

  1. The name of the company is to be the St. George Extended Gold-mining Company (No Liability).

  2. The place of operations is at the Big River, near Reefton, in the County of Inangahua.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Tainui Street, Greymouth.

  4. The value of the company’s property, including claim and machinery, is one thousand pounds.

  5. The number of shares in the company is thirty-two thousand, of ten shillings each.

  6. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-two thousand.

  7. The name of the Manager is Hugh Francis Doogan, of Greymouth, Accountant.

  5. The nominal capital of the company is two thousand five hundred pounds, in two thousand five hundred shares of one pound each.

  6. The number of shares subscribed for is two thousand five hundred.

In the matter of the Island Basin Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s office, 14, High Street, Dunedin, on the 9th day of February, 1899, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—

RESOLUTION.

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that George Sievwright, of Dunedin, Commission Agent, and Alexander Campbell Begg, of Dunedin aforesaid, Accountant, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
