In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and of the Woodstock North Gold-mining Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of this company will be held at the rooms of the National Association, Mercantile Chambers, Queen Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 11th day of May, 1899, at 3 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and for passing an extraordinary resolution directing as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company, in pursuance of section 216 of the said Act.

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Grey River Dredging Company as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Grey River Dredging Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is the Grey River, near Stillwater.
