In the matter of an order of the Native Land Court dated the 18th day of September, 1897, making partition of the Repongaere No. 4 Block, and of an appeal therefrom by the Bank of New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and by leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
