To strike out the second and third claims, and to alter the words “fourth,” “fifth,” “sixth,” “seventh,” and “eighth,” at the beginning of the succeeding claims, to “second,” “third,” “fourth,” “fifth,” and “sixth” respectively.

The applicant states: “My reasons for making this amendment are as follow: I am advised that claims Nos. 2 and 3 accompanying my specification are not new.”
