NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between us, the undersigned GEORGE HOWES and HENRY HOWES, in the business of Leather-dressers, carried on at Picton under the style or firm of “G. and H. Howes,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All moneys due to the firm must be paid to George Howes, of Springlands, Blenheim, Gardener, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge.
As witness our hands, this 2nd day of February, 1899.

STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHERS.
Re JAMES TYSON, DECEASED.
PURSUANT to “The Trustees and Executors Act, 1897,” notice is hereby given that all creditors, beneficiaries, next-of-kin, and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of James Tyson, late of Felton Station, near Cambooya, in the Colony of Queensland, Grazier, and a Member of the Legislative Council of Queensland, deceased, who died on the 4th day of December, 1898, intestate, and of whose real and personal estate in the Colony of Queensland administration was, on the 31st day of January, 1899, granted by the Supreme Court of Queensland to Queensland Trustees (Limited), a company having its registered office in Queen Street, Brisbane, in the Colony of Queensland, are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts or claims, in writing, to the said administrators at the office of the undersigned, their solicitors, on or before the 30th day of June next. And notice is hereby also given that after that date the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.

THE WALTER A. WOOD MOWING-AND-REAPING MACHINE COMPANY, of Hoosick Falls, in the State of New York, in the United States of America, hitherto also carrying on business in the Colony of New Zealand, hereby gives public notice that it will have ceased to carry on business within the said colony three months after the publication of this notice.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the affidavit and application of Reginald Edward Beckett, the Secretary of the South Makirikiri Steam Threshing Company (Limited), for a declaration of dissolution of such company.
I HEREBY notify that, no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me as by the said Act required, I now declare such company to be dissolved.
