NOTICE OF WINDING UP THE NEW ZEALAND HAGEY INSTITUTE (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the New Zealand Hagey Institute (Limited), held at the company’s office, Wellesley Street East, in the City of Auckland, on the 16th day of October, 1899, the subjoined resolution, which was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 25th day of September, 1899, was submitted for confirmation as a special resolution, and passed:—
“That it is requisite that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and that it be accordingly voluntarily wound up; and that Mark Berry be appointed Liquidator of the company, with a fee of two guineas as remuneration for his services.”
