WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 25th day of October, 1889, it was ordered and declared that the investigation and determination of the ownership of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and also the determination and individualisation of title to the said land, and the mode of granting the same, and any matter or question which during such investigation may arise in relation to the interests of Natives in the said land, should be, and the same were thereby, brought within the jurisdiction of the Native Land Court:

Now, notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be held at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 17th day of January, 1900, the Court will proceed to inquire into and determine the several matters brought within its jurisdiction as hereinbefore recited.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the District of Hokianga, known as Section 9A, Block XII., Mangamuka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 150 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Te Kume Stream; towards the east and south generally by the Oura River; and towards the west by the Otarihau Block: numbered 254 in red; 1200, 50, 400, 2455, and 470 links, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
