NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned ROBERT WHITTEM has retired from the business heretofore carried on by him with WILLIAM IRVING and GEORGE WOODHAM, at Napier and the Spit, under the style or firm of “Conroy and Co.,” and that the business will in future be carried on by the said William Irving and George Woodham under the style or firm of “Conroy and Co.”; and notice is hereby also given that the continuing partners will receive all moneys owing to the said firm, and will discharge all the debts of the firm.

DANNEVIRKE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that a copy of the plan of that portion of the Tahoraite No. 2 Block (particulars whereof are set forth in the Schedule hereunder written) proposed to be taken by the Dannevirke Borough Council under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” for a gravel-pit, is now open for public inspection at the Dannevirke Borough Council Chambers during office-hours; and all persons affected by the proposed taking as aforesaid who have any well-grounded objections thereto are hereby required to set forth in writing such objections, and to send the same to the Dannevirke Borough Council within forty days from date hereof.

All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Tahoraite No. 2 Block, Block II., Tahoraite Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres (3a. 0r. 0p.), more or less. NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at my office, in Gilles Street, Kawakawa, on Wednesday, the 24th day of January, 1900, at 7 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between us, MICHAEL BOLGER and GEORGE BRYANT, Mail-coach Proprietors (trading together in co-partnership under the style or firm of “Bolger and Bryant”), has been dissolved as from the 31st day of August, 1899; and that Michael Bolger will discharge all liabilities of the late firm; and that George Bryant will receive such moneys as were due to the late firm up to and including the 18th day of June, 1899.
