THE under-mentioned Crown lands will be open for sale or selection, in terms of section 136 of “The Land Act, 1892,” either for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for lease in perpetuity, at the option of the selector, on and after Wednesday, the 13th day of December, 1899.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 5th day of December, 1899, to hear and determine the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which application has been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.
