NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the members of the above company held on Friday, the 30th day of December, 1898, the following extraordinary resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the association that the association cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
And notice is also given that Messrs. J. G. W. AITKEN, A. HENLEY, and M. T. EVERTON have been appointed by the company as Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
