Rural Lands in the Otago Land District open for Selection on Lease in Perpetuity.

Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, 14th December, 1898.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity on and after Wednesday, 1st March, 1899.

If there be more than one application received for the same section on the same day, then the priority of selection will be decided by ballot, at this office, on the following day, at 11 a.m.

Section 57 is weighted with valuation for improvements, £72 14s.

District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, 14th December, 1898.

THE under-mentioned Crown land will be opened for sale or selection, in terms of section 136 of “The Land Act, 1892,” either for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for lease in perpetuity, at the option of the selector, on and after Wednesday, the 22nd March, 1899.

If more than one application be received on the same day, then the order of selection shall be decided by ballot on the following day.
