HIT OR MISS GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at the office of the company, Hobson’s Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 8th day of November, 1898, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and that John Hunter Harrison, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
And at a further extraordinary general meeting, held on the 23rd day of November, 1898, the above special resolution was duly confirmed.
