NOTICE is hereby given that, at the sitting of the Native Land Court to be held at Wellington on the 1st day of December, 1898, the Court will proceed to hear and determine the matters hereunder mentioned, in respect whereof jurisdiction has been given to the Court by Orders in Council dated respectively the 26th day of April, 1898, and the 11th day of July, 1898.
SCHEDULE.
To determine the ownership of all that parcel of land, situated at Porirua, being a portion of the Porirua Native Reserve, the relative shares and interests therein of the owners thereof, and also any and every matter or question incident thereto.
And to determine the ownership of all that piece or parcel of land, situate in and being part of Section No. 544 on the plan of the City of Wellington, the boundaries of which are as follows, that is to say: Bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section No. 541 on the plan of the said city, and extending in a north-easterly direction along Thorndon Quay for a distance of 95 links, more or less; thence along a line bearing 294°01' to the eastern boundary of Section No. 542 on the plan of the said city; and thence along the eastern boundary of the said Section No. 542, 100 links, more or less, to the point of commencement: and also the relative shares or interests of any Natives therein, and the determination of any matter or question which may arise in relation to the premises.
