of the New Zealand Consolidated (Limited), and of the
New Inkerman Mines (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office or place of busi-
ness of the above two companies is removed from
the Bank of New Zealand Buildings, Auckland, to Smith
Street, Reefton, the latter being the sole place of business in
this colony.

THE KAWARAU BIG BEACH DREDGING COM-
PANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
“The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held at
the office of John Alwent Chapman, sharebroker, in Princes
Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 10th January, 1899, at
3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an ac-
count laid before them showing the manner in which the
winding-up has been conducted and the property of the
company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that
may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by
extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books,
accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquida-
tion thereof shall be disposed of.

THE OURAWERA GOLD-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

AT an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above
company, held in Gunn’s Railway Hotel, Riverton,
on 3rd November, 1898, at 8 o’clock p.m., it was resolved
that the nominal capital of the company be increased from
£2,000 (its present amount) to £3,000, by the creation and
issue of 1,000 additional shares of £1 each, the said new
shares to be paid up by calls of such amount and at such
times as the directors may think proper, notwithstanding
rule 69 of the company’s regulations.

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register
Eclipse, Limited, as a limited company under the
provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be Eclipse, Limited.
  2. The place of intended operations is at Thames, in the
    Hauraki Mining District.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    No. 4, Wyndham Street, City of Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is seven thou-
    sand five hundred pounds, in one hundred and fifty thousand
    shares of one shilling each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is one hundred
    and fifty thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the
    entire number of shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is fifteen thousand.
  7. The amount already paid up is seven hundred and fifty
    pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is John Hope MacLellan.

    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
