SCHEDULE.
KAWHIA BLOCK, PIRONGIA SURVEY DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situate in Blocks III., IV., VI., VII., and VIII., Pirongia Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 4,927 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 367, 366, 365, 306, 329, and 330, of the Parish of Pirongia; towards the south-east generally by a public road, by the Kaipihā Block, by part of the Manganika No. 1b Block, and by the Whakairoiro, Kopua No. 1c, and Kopua No. 1h Blocks; towards the south-west by the Kopua No. 1h Block, and by a Native reserve; and towards the north-west generally by the Pirongia West Block, by part of the Manganika No. 1b Block, by two Native reserves, and by part of the Manganika B Block: as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 37803A, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged with red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby revoke that part of a Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71, dated the seventeenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, setting apart land for Tawai Improved-farm Special Settlement, as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown land respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as village-homestead allotments.
