"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."—Part of Kaingapiwiwai No. 2 Block.

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT, NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an order of the Native Land Court, dated the 30th day of July, 1898, confirming a lease of a part of Kaingapiwiwai No. 2 Block to Joseph Hare and C. J. Ratgen, and of an appeal by More H. Tukariri therefrom.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.

"The Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1893."

NOTICE is hereby given that the application of William James Butler (by his solicitors, Beale and Beale), under "The Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1893," with respect to the land known as No. 373 L.C., being Lots 287 and 288, Parish of Mangonui East, County of Mangonui, containing 550 acres, will be heard at Mangonui on the 20th day of October, 1898.
