WHEREAS a complaint has been made to the Chief Judge, by Rapata Taita, to the effect that certain moneys, in respect of which orders under section 65 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” were made by the Court in favour of Mr. Michael Mullooly on the 3rd September, 1897, and affecting the lands above mentioned, had previously been paid to the surveyor by the Native owners of the said land :

Notice is hereby given that the Court, during its sitting at Tolago Bay on the 23rd day of August, 1898, will make inquiry into the matter of the said complaint.
