WHEREAS an objection to the boundary between Manukawhitikitiki D1 and D2, as surveyed, has been sent in to the Court by Te Puia Rereira: And whereas the surveyor, Mr. G. Grant, has also sent in to the Court a notice, under section 40 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” in respect of the said boundary:
Notice is hereby given that the Court sitting at Gisborne on the 15th day of August, 1898, will inquire into the matters of the said objection and notice, and will, if found necessary, vary or amend the order as it may consider advisable.

APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF CERTAIN SUCCESSION ORDERS.
WHEREAS application has been made to the Native Land Court to cancel the orders of the Court appointing Peta Papahia, Meiha Pohoi Kura, and Mere Kawa successors to the interest of Wiremu Papahia in Whakaangiangi 1a and Tututohora 2A, on the ground that the said Wiremu Papahia was alive at the date of the making of the said orders:
Notice is hereby given that the said application will be dealt with by the Court sitting at Gisborne on the 15th day of August, 1898, and that the said orders will be cancelled unless cause to the contrary be shown at the time and place aforesaid.
