IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT, NEW ZEALAND,
AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of an appeal by Tahuna Herangi against a decision of the Native Land Court dated the 16th day of July, 1897, granting probate of the will of Hoana Pohoi te Tahuna, deceased.
IT is hereby notified that, by notice to the Registrar and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
