I, WALTER HISLOP, Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare—

WE, the undersigned, Robert West England, John Waller, and Otto Peterson, do hereby certify that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us as sawmillers, and carried on at Kotuku, near Greymouth, under the style of “Otto Peterson and Company,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, the said Otto Peterson retiring from the said Partnership.
