I, THE undersigned Charles Joseph Styche, of Ashburton, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, in the Colony of New Zealand, Accountant, hereby make application to register the Barrytown Flat No. 2 Gold-mining Company (No Liability) as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Barrytown Flat No. 2 Gold-mining Company (No Liability).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Barrytown, in the Provincial District of Nelson.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated in the Arcade, Ashburton aforesaid.

  4. The value of the company’s property, including claim, leased ground, and machinery, is one thousand pounds.

  5. The number of shares in the company is thirty thousand, of one pound each.

  6. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty thousand.

  7. The name of the Manager is Charles Joseph Styche.
