In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the Ross United Gold-mining Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at Hokitika on Friday, the 22nd day of April, 1898, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Ross United Gold-mining Company (Limited) that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the said company be wound up voluntarily.”
At the above-mentioned meeting it was also resolved that Messieurs JAMES ALEXANDER BONAR and JOHN BEVAN be appointed Liquidators.
