A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Proclamation of the seventh day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart land for special settlement, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the sections of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotment of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for selection as a village-homestead allotment.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

Clarendon Survey District.

Section 58, Block VI., 46 acres 2 roods 25 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.
