In the matter of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885”; and in the matter of application of Edward Elliston, late of Eketahuna, now of Feilding, to register re-entry and recovery of possession by him of Section 18, Block VII., Mangaone Survey District, leased to Angus James McLeod, late of Masterton.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Edward Elliston will, on the 15th day of April, 1898, apply to the District Land Registrar at Wellington, under the provisions of section 92 of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” to register re-entry and recovery of possession by the said Edward Elliston of Section 18, Block VII., Mangaone Survey District, the same having been abandoned by the lessee above-named, and also on breach of covenants on the part of the said lessee, under memorandum of lease dated 28th September, 1894, numbered 2451, and registered Vol. lxxii., folio 82.
