THE POVERTY BAY FARMERS’ CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that, an order to wind up the Poverty Bay Farmers’ Co-operative Association (Limited) having been made, his Honour Mr. Justice Conolly, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, has by the same order, dated the 14th day of December, 1897, appointed JOHN COLEMAN, of Gisborne, Accountant, to be the Official Liquidator in the matter of the liquidation of the said company, and that the said John Coleman has given the security required by the Judge.
