granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New
Zealand Gazette.

In the matter of the Ruatangata No. 1 Block, and of an appeal by Mohi Ruatea from the decision of the Native Land
Court in the matter of the partition therein.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been
withdrawn, and that such withdrawal has been approved by the Chief Judge.
