"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."—Mangawhero Block.—In the Native Appellate Court, New Zealand.

In the matter of the Mangawhero Block, and of an appeal by Te Ngahoa Ripikoi and others against the decision of the Native Land Court given on the 14th day of July, 1897, upon investigation of titles.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
