REGULATIONS—continued.

Notices for the supply of trucks given by persons intending to consign goods
thereby will be accepted for fulfilment conditionally only upon its being found
convenient to the Department to supply them upon the due date. The Railway
Department will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising through
failure from any cause to have trucks available by any particular date or train.
The Railway Department will not be responsible for the delivery of goods by
any particular train or at any particular time.

(36.) Imperial Institute, London.
Exhibits consigned for shipment to the Agent-General for New Zealand, and
marked “ For exhibition at the Imperial Institute, London,” will be carried free of
railway charge.

(37.) Exhibits for Museums.
Exhibits consigned to Public Museums in New Zealand, and marked by sender or
certified by curator as “ For exhibition at Museum,” will be carried
free of railway charge.
