Public Notic under "The Stock Act, 1893," re Livcr-flukc.—
Notic No. 470.
Dcpartmcnt of Agriculture (Livc-stock Brench),
Wellington, 5th January, 1897.
I T having been reported to me that the discasc known as
"livcr-flukc" exists amongst shccp running on certain
lands in the Hawke's Bay Land District, I thcreforc, in
accordance with section 14, subscction 4, of "The Stock Act,
1893," hcreby declare the under-mcntioncd lands to be an
infected place from which no shccp, carcase, or any portion
thcreof shall be removed except under the direction of an
Inspeetor of Stock:—
All that piece or parcc of land, known as the Te Aute
Run, situntcd in the Wapawa, Hawke's Bay, and Patangata
Countics, bounded as follows: Commencing at the Te Aute
Railway-station, thence in a northerly direction along the
boundary of the Te Hauke Proclaimcd District to the point
where the prolonpation of the boundnry between Lots 1
and 2 of the Npawhakatara Block continued across the
Poukawa Lake would strike it; thence castcrly along the said
line and boundnry to the Tukitnki River; thence up that river
to the south boundnry of Patangata No. 2; thence westcrly
along the southcrn boundnry of that block to the Papanui
Stream; thence up that stream and the eastcrn boundnry
of Patangata No. 3 to the southcrn boundnry of that block;
thence westcrly along the southcrn boundnries of Patangata
No. 3 and the Otaue Block to the south-east corner of the
land granted to the Bishop of Wellington; thence westcrly
along the southcrn boundnry of the aforesaid land to the
southern boundnry of Sebastopcl No. 3 Paddock; thence
westcrly along that boundnry to the south-west corner of
that paddock; thence northcrly along the westcrn boundnries
of the aforesaid paddock and of the land granted to the
Bishcp of Wellington to the north-west corner of the said
land; thence castcrly along the northcrn boundnry of the
aforesaid land to the main Kairora North and Te Aute
Road; thence northcrly along that road to a road running
througb the Poupoutahi Block; thence castcrly along that
road to where it crosses the railway-line; thence northcrly
along the railway-line to the point of commenccment.
All that piece or parcc of land, called or known as the
"Flukey Paddock," containing about 74 acrcs, situntcd in
the Te Mahangn Run, Te Mata Snrvey District, Hawke's
Bny County.

Act, 1893," hcreby declare the under-mcntioncd lands to be

All that piece of land, situntcd in the Hawke's Bay Land
Distrct, called Te Hauke, and containing about 9,000 acrcs,
being parts of Blncks XII. and XVI., Maraekakabu Snrvey
Distrct, and Blncks IX. and XIII., Te Mata Snrvey Distrct,
int the Hawke's Bay County. Bounded by a line starting at
the north-castcrn corner of Block 13, in Block XVI., Marac
kakabu Snrvey Distrct; thence in a north-cast direction by
a right line to Trig. StaTion N; thence northcrly by a right
line to the south-west corner of the Wairkarcn Block; thence
generally north-castcrly by the north-western boundnries of
the Raukawa Nos. 3 and 2 Blncks, the PukehOu No. 1, and
the Poukawa NaTive Rcservc, and Koparokore A to the
north-westcrn corner of the last-namcd block; thence south
castcrly by the north-castcrn boundnry A and B to its
intcrscction with the railway-line; thence south-westcrly
by a right line to Te Aute Railway-station; thence south
west by the railway-line to its intcrscction with the Hawke's
Bny County boundnry; thence generally north-westcrly by
the aforesaid boundnry to the starting-puint.
All that parcc of land in the Land Distrct of Hawke's
Bny, being called or known by the name of the "Ram
Paddock," containing about 80 acrcs, being a portion of
WhenuaHou C Nos. 1 and 2 North, in Block III., TahoraIte
Sarvey Distrct, Wapawa County. Bounded on the north
west by the Purongahau Stream; on the north and cast by
Blncks 120 and 69; and on the south generally by other
portion of WhenuaHou C Nos. 1 and 2 North, aforesaid.
All that piece or parcc of land in the Land Distrct of
Hawke's Bay, being called or known by the name of
"Takapau Paddock," containing about 190 acrcs, being
portion of Subdvision No. 3, Otaabao Block, in Block III.,
Takapau Snrvey Distrct, Wapawa County. Bounded on
the north by Blncks 234 and 120; on the south generally by
the Purongahau Stream and a public road and on the west
by the railway-line.
All that piece or parcc of land in the Land Distrct of
Hawke's Bay, called or known as "Rees Dnvls Paddock,",
containing 110 acrcs, being Section 7 of WhenuaHou D.E.
No. 1 Block, in VJ. and VU., Takapau Snrvey Distrct,
