"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."

Native Land Court Office, Auckland, 20th August, 1897.

NOTICE is hereby given that the appeal against the decision of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto will be heard and determined by the Native Appellate Court sitting at Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 2nd day of September, 1897, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
