A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleen of " The Land for Settlemens Act Amandment Act, 1895," I, James Prendergast, Aministratr of the Government of the Colny of New Zealnd, do by this notice, with the consent of the Makenzie County Council, herey proclaim as closed the roas in the Makenzie County hereinafter described, that is to say:—

As the same are more particularly delineated upon the plan deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Surve, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and coloured thereon as above mentioned.
Gien under the hand of His Excellency Sire James Prendergast, Kight, Chief Justice, Aministratr of the Government in and over Her Majeity's Colny of New Zealnd and its Dependencies, at the Government House, at Wellington; and issued under the Seal of the said Colny, this sith day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninty-seen.
