WHEREAS it has been found that the plan of subdivision of the Ngarara Block adopted by the Native Land Court on the rehearing of the applications for division of the said block under “The Ngarara and Waipiro Further Investigation Act, 1889,” was, as to some portions thereof, founded on an incorrect survey of the land, and it has been found impossible to give effect to the same: Notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Court under the above Act will be held at Otaki on Tuesday, the 24th day of August next, to revise the said subdivision, and otherwise to continue and complete the proceedings on the rehearing as may be necessary to give effect to the same.
