NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Te Awanui on the 16th day of February, 1897, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to Judges of the Court for certificates under section 55 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Native Appellate Court will sit at Dannevirke on the 18th day of February, 1897, to hear and determine the appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
