NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Mangonui on the 21st day of July, 1897,
to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which
applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 31st day of May, 1897, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the
3rd day of June, 1897, issued in pursuance of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," jurisdiction is conferred upon the
Native Land Court to investigate and determine the ownership of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and the relative
shares or interests of any Natives therein, and also to determine any matter or question which may arise in relation thereto :
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that at a sitting of the Native Land Court to be held at Mangonui on the 21st
day of July, 1897, and succeeding days, the Court will proceed to inquire into and determine the above matter in terms of
the said Order in Council.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in Block IX., Rangaunu Survey District, and containing
by admeasurement 340 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by the waters of Doubtless Bay ; towards the
south generally by the Awapoko River and Whakautu Stream ; and towards the north-west by a line, 7080 links, to the
point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native
Land Court sitting at Levin on the 10th day of July, 1897, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court
will allow.
